With Yatri and Ananta

Osho first introduced the No-Mind meditation as part of his evening discourses on Zen. Later on, it
became a group process, lasting for two hours a day for seven days. For the first hour, participants do
gibberish. For the second hour, they sit silently, doing nothing.

From 21 July to 10 August

The Mystic Rose is a three-week process, lasting three hours per day. During the first week, participants laugh "for no reason at ali," dissolving the blocks to their inner spontaneity and joy. The second week is devoted to crying, and the third week to silent watching and meditation.
